• Website data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.

- Insurance carriers you apply with, so they can evaluate and issue your policy
- Underwriting service providers that carriers use, such as paramedical exam companies, medical records providers, and consumer reporting agencies including MIB
- The insurance agency organization we are contracted through, solely for policy administration and regulatory compliance
- Technology providers that host our website, phone, and email systems, which may use your information only to provide services to us
- Government or regulatory authorities, when required by law

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Lionheart Life about your quote, application, policy updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers about life insurance products. 5. Cookies and “Do Not Track”

Our website uses cookies to function properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance agents. After that, we delete or securely dispose of it.

Our website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors through it. Information about a minor, such as a child named as a beneficiary or insured, is collected only from a parent or legal guardian.
